Participants must be in good general health and meet the following criteria:
1. Be between 18-30 or 65-85 years of age
2. Speak English as your first language (or have learned English in childhood)
3. Be right-handed
4. Meet in person safely
WHAT?
Studies involve monitoring your eye movements and/or brain activity through an imaging method called electroencephalography (EEG) while you perform computer tasks. Each visit will last 1 to 4 hours. Participants are paid $15.00 per hour and compensated for travel expenses.
WHY?
Your participation will help scientists understand the basic processes involved in healthy memory as well as the causes of memory impairments associated with age, injury and disease.
