How do we live well in difficult times? The science of Positive Psychology has uncovered many tools that help us to live our best lives, physically, emotionally, and relationally, even under stressful circumstances. In this workshop, participants will learn about some of the amazing benefits of positive emotions such as gratitude and compassion and will practice evidence-based tools to strengthen them.
