Executive Director Position

The Board of Directors of Forever Learning Institute is seeking to fill the position of Executive Director. This critical leadership role manages all aspects of Forever Learning Insitute in support of our mission of lifelong learning.

The Executive Director will lead the organization, maximize current opportunities, and continue to build a solid foundation to ensure sustainability and growth by developing strategies to recruit both potential students and faculty members.  Among other duties and responsibilities, he/she will manage the daily operations of Forever Learning, participate in the development of the curriculum, and ensure the financial viability of the organization. This full-time position operates out of the South Bend Location. The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors, supervise the work of an Office Assistant and Volunteers, and embrace and support the vision of lifelong learning. He/she will be results-oriented and function as a mission-driven communicator with a demonstrated ability to inform and engage internal and external constituents.
