Forever Travel Trip Representative 
When Forever Learning Institute (FLI) organizes a trip or partners with a 3rd party travel organization for a trip we shall provide an FLI Representative to travel with the group. The representative will ensure or enhance the quality of the tour experience for participants, as well as assist in navigating any unexpected or emergency situations which may arise. The representative will serve as the “Point of Contact” for the group with the tour operator and with Forever Learning Institute. 

The FLI Representative may be a staff member, a Board member, or a member of a 3rd party travel partner. 

Forever Learning Organized Trips
FLI may organize and operate trips and tours directly from time to time. In the event a trip is cancelled for any reason by FLI, a full refund will be issued to all travelers. 

In the event a traveler makes a cancellation for trip through FLI if the cancellation is at least 30 calendar days prior to the trip date a full refund will be issued. If a trip is cancelled with less than 30 days, Forever Learning cannot guarantee a refund of any kind.
  
3rd Party Travel Partner Organized Trips
From time to time Forever Learning Institute may partner with a 3rd party travel program provider to offer its students, friends, and their families the opportunity for domestic or international travel together in a group setting.
 
In these situations, Forever Learning Institute is not a tour operator, but rather acts as a facilitator with tour operators, with whom tour participants make arrangements for completing travel.

All travelers agree to the terms and conditions of the travel company FLI partners with. As such any cancellations or questions should be directed to our travel partner companies. Any refunds will be subject to and issued by our travel partner companies according to their terms and conditions. 

Cancellations due to Weather, Disaster, or Other Unforeseen Circumstances
From time to time trips may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such a circumstance we, and or our travel partners will endeavor to rebook the trip at another time, offer an alternate option of equal value, or will offer a refund subject to the terms and conditions of our, or our 3rd party travel partners policies. 

Travel Insurance
We strongly encourag​e the purchase of travel protection insurance. ​Travel protection insurance can provide a benefit should you need to cancel you travel plans ​for any reason, and can provide emergency medical and evacuation coverage.
 
Release and Hold Harmless
 
All travelers agree to release, discharge and hold harmless and indemnify The Forever Learning Institute, Inc. (FLI) its agents, instructors, employees, or other entities acting on its behalf from all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of any kind. Travelers waive all claims from personal injury or property damage arising from travel activities and accept, assume, and incur all responsibility for risk of injury from such activity.
