Jim Kapsa’s career spans 43 years with the South Bend Community School Corporation where he served as a teacher and various roles in administration, culminating in a stint as Superintendent of the Corporation. A life spent in education and service did not end with his official retirement in 2011. Jim sits on numerous nonprofit boards focusing upon education, fundraising and marketing issues, including:
